It finally feels like spring!!! Our family is loving the warmer weather.
About a month ago something sort of fell in our lap, I guess more then just something, a great perfect building lot for a new home. In a subdivision called Eagles Nest. If you are familar with this subdivision you would know there really isn't that many good building lots left and we were just so fortunate to get this one. It is close to our church, the interstate, close friends, pool, golf course, tennis courts, and closer to Lexington. We are so so excited and have already in the past three weeks gotten our house ready to sale. We really didn't expect this to happen. In fact we had just hung up a really cool light in John David's room, not knowing we would be selling the house. Jeremy is having to take it down and replace it because I don't want to sell it. I have painted almost the entire trim in the house and Jeremy has worked on all other areas. Today we had our parents at our house working to get it ready. We are not excited about living in a apartment for 9-12 months but the end result will be well worth it. We are now working on a house plan and hope that all runs smoothly!!!
